Summary: My friend and I had a good stay...The pool was salt water. We didn't get a Continental breakfast and the coffee they did offer was barely warm...But we would stay again.

Summary: The room we stayed in was great. They were all very friendly and helpful. You could tell they have done remodeling. Its not like alot of the complaining.

Summary: Too much staff onsite to not have a human being at the check in. I found it rude and off putting to have a manager (twice) stare at me while I was checking in, they are just sitting down at the chair in the lobby. I thought the room size was fine however, I could hear every single foot stuff outside my door. I could hear every laugh every bump of the house keeping cart. Getting ready in the morning staff were cleaning rooms before ten am. Very loudly. There was a gap under the door. You could hear everything going on outside. I got to the point I had to turn my music on just to drown out the staff who was walking up and down the hallways all morning before checkout. And yes it was staff walking up and down up and down. The virtual man who checked me in was fine, he was the best part of the experience and he wasn’t even there. not sure what back room he’s being kept in or if he was even close by. Human beings want human interaction for business transactions I will not be staying at this hotel again in future, and will be removing it from my list of places to stay. No more humanless check-ins. If you do have to stay here, ask for a room away from the front desk and preferably on the second floor. I’ve stayed close to the front desk before and never had that much noise.

Summary: The room was clean and inviting. The room nextdoor was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. The phone in the room didn't work. People were smoking Marijuana and it was supposed to be no smoking. The smell and smoke were overwhelming. The manager came and talked to the people in the next room and quieted thm down

Summary: I got the room to sleep on a trip from Florida to Michigan. Hard to sleep when they have a dog pound full of dogs that bark and bark. Wasted money on room left early after being continuously woke up.

Summary: The hotel said no smoking but anytime you need walked out in the hallway it smelled like marijuana. There were bugs crawling on the wall. There is no elevator which wasn't listed on the site. There were no towels in the bathroom. The queen size beds are the size of full beds
